Please send support requests by email to tim@ki-katapult.de. The inbox is monitored regularly. You will usually receive a reply within two working days.

Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce a problem, please include:

  1. Plugin: the name of the plugin, for example from the list below.
  2. Input: the prompt or instruction you used in ChatGPT.
  3. Time: date and approximate time, with time zone.
  4. Error: the error message, or a short description of what you expected and what happened instead.

Please do not send personal data. Remove or replace names, addresses, bank details and similar information in your prompt before sending it to us (for example "Jane Doe" instead of the real name). Do not attach original documents. We do not store your inputs and therefore cannot look them up for you.

Data protection requests

Please send requests regarding your rights under the GDPR to tim@ki-katapult.de as well. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy. Business users can find a template data processing agreement at /en/avv.

Reporting illegal content and Digital Services Act point of contact

Please report illegal content related to the plugins to tim@ki-katapult.de. This address is also our single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission and users under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. We communicate in German and English.

Security issues

If you have found a security vulnerability, please write to tim@ki-katapult.de with the subject "Security". Please do not publish details until we have been able to fix the issue.
