DIN 5008 Letter Builder
Window-envelope ready letters
Turns the letter text you write with ChatGPT into a business letter laid out to DIN 5008, form A or form B, as PDF and Word (DOCX). The recipient address lands in the 85 x 45 mm address field of a window envelope, with the return-address line, note zone, fold marks and hole mark at their measured positions. Includes information block or reference line, date, subject, salutation, paragraphs and lists, closing, signer, enclosures and copies, and page numbers from page 2 ("Seite 2 von 2"). Checks first whether an address fits the six-line address zone and says which lines to shorten. Letter text is processed only to render the file; download links expire after 60 minutes. Does not send letters by post, does not sign them and does not imitate the letterhead of an authority or anyone else.
