E-Invoice Creator turns the invoice details you give in the chat into a German e-invoice and checks it with the official validators before you get a file. - Creates XRechnung XML in UBL or CII syntax, ready for public clients with a Leitweg-ID. - Creates ZUGFeRD PDFs (profile EN 16931): a PDF/A-3 with a clean invoice layout, an optional letterhead line and the invoice XML embedded. - Checks your data first and lists every missing or invalid field with its business-term number (BT) and the fix. - Calculates line amounts, the VAT breakdown per rate and the totals exactly, with VAT at 19 %, 7 % or 0 %. - Validates every file with the KoSIT validator or the Mustang ZUGFeRD and PDF/A-3 check; a file that fails is never handed out, you get the findings instead. Seller details are not stored; supply them each time or keep them in the conversation. Created files can be downloaded for 60 minutes and are then deleted, so archive the XML yourself. The plugin does not send invoices, number or store them, and does not create reverse-charge, intra-EU or credit-note invoices.
