Validate and fix booking CSVs
Bookkeeping Import Check validates bookings and bank exports against the published bookings batch format (Buchungsstapel) in DATEV format and writes a corrected file that a tax firm can import. - Checks CSV and XLSX files against one pinned format version (header version 700, format version 13): header fields, unsigned amount plus debit/credit flag, account and contra account, document date, booking texts up to 60 characters, and the type and length of every field. - Names every problem by row and field, with a fix. - Repairs only what is certain: decimal commas, date layout, signed amounts, quoting, encoding and over-long texts. Every change is listed with its old and new value. - Never invents accounts, dates or amounts and never drops records; what cannot be repaired is left as it is and named. - Writes the header from the advisor number, client number, fiscal year start, account length and date range you give. - Explains any field, for example the BU-Schlüssel, with type, length and an example. Uploaded files are not stored, corrected files are deleted after 60 minutes, and IBANs are masked in chat responses. The plugin does not upload into DATEV or any accounting system, does not choose accounts and does not prepare tax returns.
